They flee the expensive diverse and dangerous regions they create and set up shop in the low cost areas they have not yet destroyed yet. And what then? Will they learn some valuable lesson and not do the things they did before? Of course not. They learned nothing because they were allowed to leave. This is precisely why only land owners were originally allowed to vote. A land owner has a serious commitment to ensuring anything that happens will be a long term positive for city, state, and nation. A renter can fuck things up and then run away.
In a similar fashion Democrats vote for a society that not only can they not afford, not only will it be cities full of human waste and dirty needles- it may kill them. California is now emptying out the prisons because it cannot afford to lock people up! So these parasites flee to as of yet un-corrupted regions and do they exact same thing to them. I would not be surprised if people eventually get wise and start destroying new housing tracts before anyone moves in.
